This was my first time in Orlando, we stayed to attend the Rolling Loud Festival. This place was in such a nice area, a shopping center with a publix and diner right across the street. 10/10 experience

No noise from any adjoining units. Facilities where good for our needs. Pool and bar were good Location ideal for Universal studios Small amount of consumables for a 2 week stay.

The Airbnb was great and had everything we needed for the three of us to spend four days in Orlando and go to the parks. We mostly visited Universal parks and the location couldn’t have been better. There were grocery stores and restaurants within minutes from the apartment. Etienne and Gustavo were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Top Lake View was great. I didn't fully appreciate at the time of booking how useful the quick drive to the new Epic Universe theme park would be. With a less than a 5 minute drive and free parking in the evening at Epic, we would pop in around 6pm, grab some dinner and ride the rides when the queues were small. The Publix in walking distance for food was really handy as well after a long day at the parks or to pickup snacks on the way. We would definitely stay at Vista Cay for any future Universal holiday. The apartment itself was clean, bed were comfy, everything worked, and importantly for us there was no noise from the other guests (the apartment is on the top floor & facing away from the complex). There was a tiny amount of road noise but it wasn't an issue for us. It was still a short walk to the pool which we used on a couple of occasions and had no problems getting sunbeds and the kids enjoyed. We had a couple of small issues like the batteries running out on the door lock, but a quick call to Gustavo quickly rectified this even though it was quite late in the evening. If you are planning a trip to Universal especially Epic I would recommend you book this property!

Being my 1st time staying at an Airbnb , this experience was great, walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a 5 min drive to Epic Universe!! This is a great stay that will make you want to keep coming back..

This apartment was exactly as described! It was perfect for our trip to Universal, as it is only a 10 minute drive from all the parks. The apartment was very clean and included towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies/dishes, etc. We also had a wonderful view of the lake nearby from the balcony. Etienne and Gustavo were excellent hosts and gave us all check-in instructions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orlando!

Very cozy place and felt right at home since the moment we stepped inside. Very clean and welcoming. Bonus points as it’s right across the street from universal. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, photos were accurate, and home was very clean, everything was great except the weather, I would recommend this place and if I’m back in the area, I would stay here again

Great place. Came as advertised! Was nice that they included towels and wash cloths..,as well as the soaps/shampoos/paper towels. Location is premiere! This was a last minute booking for me and glad I found this gem!
