No noise from any adjoining units. Facilities where good for our needs. Pool and bar were good Location ideal for Universal studios Small amount of consumables for a 2 week stay.

Our stay at Top Lake View was great. I didn't fully appreciate at the time of booking how useful the quick drive to the new Epic Universe theme park would be. With a less than a 5 minute drive and free parking in the evening at Epic, we would pop in around 6pm, grab some dinner and ride the rides when the queues were small. The Publix in walking distance for food was really handy as well after a long day at the parks or to pickup snacks on the way. We would definitely stay at Vista Cay for any future Universal holiday. The apartment itself was clean, bed were comfy, everything worked, and importantly for us there was no noise from the other guests (the apartment is on the top floor & facing away from the complex). There was a tiny amount of road noise but it wasn't an issue for us. It was still a short walk to the pool which we used on a couple of occasions and had no problems getting sunbeds and the kids enjoyed. We had a couple of small issues like the batteries running out on the door lock, but a quick call to Gustavo quickly rectified this even though it was quite late in the evening. If you are planning a trip to Universal especially Epic I would recommend you book this property!

The location of this apartment is just off International Drive, a perfect place to be as it is so close to Universal, which is what we were visiting for. Disney is about 25 mins away as well. It is close to transport options if you don't want to use a car. The hosts were so professional, they communicated with us was brilliant. How to access the building and apartment was conveyed so clearly and quickly that entering the apartment block was a breeze, which was needed as we had a delayed flight from the UK and were very tired. The apartment was so clean and fresh, it smelled delightful when we walked in, better than some places we have stayed. There is every thing you need for a 2 week self catered holiday, from a kitchen starter pack, towels, ironing facilities, enough crockery for 6 people, complimentary bathroom products, WIFI, and cable channels and some premium channels as well. I was amazed by the size of the bed in the master bedroom OMG so big, it could fit all of my family in it. The bedding was spotless and nicely coordinated with the room, the ensuite bathroom was fresh and clean and had all we needed. We had one very small issue, when we brought to the host's attention, it was fixed the very next day with no further issues. The complex has a indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as further out door pools all included in the price of our apartment. The building as so had laundry rooms on the 3/4 floors. We would like to thank Etienne and Gustavo from Orlandoshortrental.com for a warm and welcoming service and being great hosts, we would highly recommend them and will defiantly use this company again when we return to Orlando. everything was great, no grips

We loved our stay here! It was close to everything both driving & walking! The condo had everything needed! It is in the back of the building, so it was nice to sit out on the balcony & enjoy the view! Checking in & out was easy and the pool was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was exactly what we needed. Very clean and updated room. Beds were comfy. Balcony was great, and had a really nice view of the pool/sunset. The host responded really quickly. She gave very clear instructions on everything I needed to know. Check in was so easy! No need to talk to any hotel staff, just go straight to your room. Parking was free, and so close to the building doors. That was super awesome! This had nothing to do with the hosts, but more a hotel issue. They close the outdoor pool/hottub at dark, so an evening hottub is not aloud. There is an indoor pool and hottub, but that hottub was broken out first night there. It would be awesome if they closed the outdoor pools a little later.

El departamento es muy amplio, cómodo, ideal para dos familias, con buenas instalaciones, servicios y recursos en la cocina. El predio tiene pileta, jacuzzi y lugar para descansar. Un supermercado cerca es ideal. Genial para familias! El vecino de abajo muy molesto con ruidos normales, pero todo fue resuelto por Gustavo y Etienne.

The place felt like home. It was clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated the host leaving a detailed book about where everything was or how it worked if needed to know. The crying child every night from upstairs above the room with 2 beds. Not the hosts fault though.

I liked everything about my stay. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was four adults and the space was very accommodating. Large bathrooms. The host was very responsive in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend. 10/10 Will book again for my next trip to Orlando.

Localização ótima, pertinho da Universal e do outlet. Cozinha completa com todos os utensílios necessários para preparar uma boa refeição no próprio quarto. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, vista linda da piscina e do lago. O Gustavo e Etienne foram super solícitos e flexíveis tanto no checkin quanto checkout, me ajudaram muito. A jacuzzi do hotel é maravilhosa. O apartamento estava bem limpo e contava com toalhas de banho e de piscina, cobertores extras, papel higiênico e itens básicos de cozinha como sal, detergente, buchinha. Adorei, com certeza ficaria novamente. Gostei de tudo, e os hostess estavam a disposição para qualquer necessidade.
