Ótimo lugar com a localização a pouco mais de 5 minutos dos parques da Universal, com restaurantes e supermercados próximos. ótimo chuveiro, quarto amplo bem equipado para fazer refeições.

Close proximity to Universal. Cozy space with WiFi, and tvs in each room that have streaming capacity. Kitchen with easy to use stove top, kitchenware. Home is clean, well organized.

It was great! They were always responsive, and it was very close to both Disney and universal. I would book again! (We’re also three young women, and the place was 100% secure and safe :))

Nós viajamos para a Flórida frequentemente e adoramos ficar nesse prédio principalmente por conta da localização! Nossa estadia era por um período curto e quando decidimos prolongar, nossos anfitriões foram extremamente gentis em nos oferecer uma outra unidade com checkin antecipado para não perdermos tempo! De todos os lugares que já ficamos, as duas unidades que eles nos ofereceram foram as melhores! A limpeza era impecável!! Nós literalmente nos sentimos em casa!! Estamos com uma criança de 3 anos e ele também adorou a nossa estadia!! Nos recomendamos fortemente você se hospedar em alguma das unidades de Etienne e Gustavo!! Agora para todas as minhas viagens para a Flórida eu já tenho o meu lugar super favorito para me hospedar!! Muito obrigada!!! 🙏🏻🩷

Very close to local shops and to all the parks as well as Florida Mall. I did expect a safe at the location to lock valuables away. I was given a solution to lock my valuables away but would have really preferred a safe.

we had an amazing stay at Etienne & Gustavo property, it is our first time in Orlando with my family. They made us feel at home, check in was very easy, the property was clean & equipped with all what we need, the pool was amazing, the place was near to a lot of restaurants & universal studios. Gustavo & Etienne were very proactive & responsive they always check on us of we need anything we felt ourselves at home. We do highly recommend their place & will come back again. Thank you Gustavo & Etienne for your lovely hosting to us.

Apt was clean , like the fact that it had both a toaster and toaster oven and location is good .about 10-15 minutes to Epic team park and about the same for Universal Island of adventure and Hollywood Studios. Road construction blocked one access to the property and the dishwasher needed to be properly mounted, it's ajar but works fine.

La ubicación! Esta al lado de Universal y comercio. También el departamento tiene de todo. Muy cómodo para un matrimonio y dos niños. El edificio tiene piscina, gimnasio, piscina temporada , cafetería, y tiene lavadoras y secadoras que se cargan con tu tarjeta de crédito. Todo está dispuesto para que tu estadía sea perfecta.

We've stayed at a few different Orlando area locations over the years, this is by far our family favorite. The condo was so spacious and incredibly well maintained. we were traveling as a group of 7 and we had more than enough space to hang out, sleep comfortably, make meals etc. The property amenities were by far the biggest plus, the location of the pool was right across the parking lot and it was AWESOME! We didn't even bother checking out the other pool because we were so satisfied with the fun to be had outside the door. We spent multiple days just basking in the sun and splashing around. We did not have a rental and easily were able to walk to grab food and groceries and we ubered easily to all of the fun hot spots. Lastly the hosts were great about checking in and responding to any questions we had. 10/10 will stay again.

I’ve been to a couple of places; this was top 10 everything was great. Place was clean and comfortable; I was surprised by both rooms having a bathroom. It had everything we needed was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Pool was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. Checking in was easy agent was always checking if we needed anything. It was beyond our expectations. Highly recommended and will be back. It was as a home away from home. Didn’t want to leave.
