We stayed there for 4 days. It’s a great location for Universal Studios. It’s kind of in between main Universal parks and the new Epic Universe. Several nice restaurants near by and some of them are at walking distance. Host was very responsive and answered many of my questions prior to checkin. They stayed in touch through out our stay. The place is cozy for family of four with king bed in one bed room and 2 individual beds in the second bed room. It’s much better than hotels as we could all spend time together in the small living room during the day and cook light dinners. Kitchen was cute with needed dishes, nice stove and even a blender for making smoothies. The WiFi was good for work calls and host confirmed that WiFi was upgraded recently and speeds were pretty good. It is of enclave apartments/short rentals. You can use the amenities of enclave like swimming pools (out door and indoor) and gym.

The pictures don’t even do it justice. The Harry Potter themed room was perfect for my teens. They loved it! The location was almost walkable to Epic universal and the drive there was about 6 minutes. The rental was truly perfection. The bathrooms are a great size.

The place felt like home. It was clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated the host leaving a detailed book about where everything was or how it worked if needed to know. The crying child every night from upstairs above the room with 2 beds. Not the hosts fault though.

The hosts were very responsive and they gave us an extra hour to check out. The place was super clean and just as advertised and very convenient to Universal Studios and Epic Universe.

I liked everything about my stay. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was four adults and the space was very accommodating. Large bathrooms. The host was very responsive in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend. 10/10 Will book again for my next trip to Orlando.

This was a great place for a quick trip to Universal for 2 days after a cruise. It was in a great location to the parks, food, and a quick minute to Target or Walmart. We used Uber to get to/from parks and it cost less than it would to pay for parking which was nice. M&M were great hosts and very informative.

Had a great time in Orlando and there is plenty to do nearby including the pirate adventure dinner right across the street. Host was very helpful and the place was clean. Easy to check in and neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again especially since we had a fridge and stove and dishes and a dishwasher and microwave. Host was responsive and clear and easy check in and out instructions.

Etienne & Gustavo are exceptional hosts! The condo in Orlando was spotless, exactly as pictured, and the space was perfect—ideal for relaxing after long days. Communication was top-notch, and they kindly allowed a late checkout when we needed it. True 5-star hospitality—highly recommend! 🌟

The place was amazing! For such a compact place, it had enough amenities for me to live comfortably and feel like I was in a home. There were clear instructions before and after my stay! If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable, with enough amenities, while knowing you are not staying in the rental for most of your stay, this place is fantastic.

excelente lugar! Súper cerca de universal y distintas áreas para hacer compras. Hay varios restaurantes cerca. El lugar es súper silencioso para descansar. Nos quedamos 5 noches y definitivamente volveríamos.
